Recruiting, Transition, and SUCCESSion

Probably the most important decision in a Financial Advisor's business is choosing the proper Broker/Dealer and/or Registered Investment Advisor structure.

What firm truly works best in an Advisor's business model?  They all have strengths and weaknesses, and one size does not fit all.  Jeff uses his experience as a Recruiter, Wholesaler, Branch Manager, Financial Advisor and Arbitrator to narrow down the firm's most likely to assist in the Advisor's long term success.

Jeff acts as the Advisor's fiduciary.  He will work through an Advisor's business model, compensation parameters, succession plan, product requirements. etc., and match their needs with the firm that can best fulfill those needs.  High payouts and a lucrative transition packages are important, but they may not tell the whole story.  The net payout, culture, service standards, and practice management resources must be analyzed before an Advisor selects a new home.

Evanello Enterprises uses personal experience and partners with other Third Party Recruiters, Broker/Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors and Financial Advisors to find the right Broker/Dealer and/or Investment Advisor fit for Financial Advisors looking for a new home.

Our consultative approach allows us to best understand the financial advisors needs and place them where they have the most likelihood of success.

We are holding exclusive events throughout the West and enjoy in person, one on one interactions. Visit our events page for details.
